February 6, 2013 Week 5: A Shower and Time Spent with Friends
Don’t worry, I’m not talking about shower in the sense of bathing. My friend Hannah is getting married next month, and this past Saturday was her Bridal Shower. It was a delightful event, filled with games, food, laughter and of course fun presents. I was really excited about what I made for her:
It was also fun seeing a lot of my friends at the shower, I hadn’t gotten to see many people since returning from my trip. Plus, everyone is so busy that it’s often hard to find time to get together. Life would be so much easier if we didn’t have to work and such… am I right?
The other thing I loved about this week was getting to catch up with some of my friends in California. I was able to have a long conversation with my best friend (you should check out her WordPress blog The Girl with the Blonde Ponytail) and then FaceTime with a few other friends and their babies. I love what technology lets us do!
Every week has been filled with things I could write about, I cannot wait to see what Week 6 brings!
